When will my order be shipped?

Accepted Answer

Orders are Packaged and shipped Monday - Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days, however during periods of high demand please allow up to 7-10 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on weekends and holidays, do not begin processing time until the next business day.

Question 2

I received an email saying my order is on the way, but the tracking number says my order is still at the facility. Can you please help me with this?

As we print order invoices, we also print shipping labels. When customers orders are printed, a tracking number will be emailed immediately. The tracking will not update until Courier has your package and has processed the package in their system.

Question 3

My order says delivered, but I haven’t received anything Please advise.

Accepted Answer

Once packages have left our HQ and in the hands of the Courier we have no control of the package. In most cases, Courier has marked the package later in the day or the next day. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to be sure your package is not trying to be redelivered by the Courier. Melanin Clo is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages.

Question 4

I received a different item than the item I ordered. How can this be corrected?

If customers are shipped a different item, the incorrect item must be returned to our HQ and we will send the correct item. Please be prepared to send a picture of the items you received for our records.

Question 5

I  just received my order and I would like to exchange the size. How do I do this?

Accepted Answer

Our exchange policy lasts 7 business days after the delivery date ( excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays ). Returns/Exchanges are not processed until we receive the items back at our HQ and the items are in good condition. For a return/exchange email our customer service department.
